The room, breakfast, and location were all very good During daily room cleaning, the housekeeping department's staff sometimes does not provide toothpaste or a toothbrush. Then we have to call them to provide it.

The cleaning staff were excellent. All staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel location was great too. Wifi was pretty much useless and there was a smell of smoke in the room when we first went in. Also, the air con wasn't that good.

Room is spacious and clean; location is close to many attractions. Breakfast was wonderful and a very large election of Chinese and western food. none so far.

The staff was helpful even if they speak a little bit of English. The hotel was nice and clean. It is walking distance to the subway and it was easy to travel by subway to visit. The hotel should have checked their AC/heater before guests checked in. When we entered in the room, it was so hot, A/C was not working. We called the reception to fix the issue as it is not comfortable for us to sleep in a room with very hot temperature. By the time they called us to let us know that they will change our room, we had unpacked part of our luggage. It was very nice of them to change our room with A/C working but it was also a burden to pack all our stuff in a rush before moving to the other room; a bit tiresome after traveling for the whole day.

Location is about 8 mins walking from the nearest metro station and restaurants The breakfast was mainly Chinese food, with very few other options

It was close to everything, the malls, the subway, and major attractions in the city. The food was superb and the rooms were spacious. Staff spoke good English so communication wasn't a problem. There was even a nightly entertainment at the lobby. No spa :(

Lovely room and staff, beautiful live Mongolian music played in the lobby and restaurant upstairs. And what a breakfast!

They allowed early check-in and gave us an upgrade. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and comfortable bed (with different types of pillows to choose from). At a walkable distance to metro station and some shopping centres and food courts. No swimming pool, spa or sauna available.

The views from my room and specialty the cleaning lady Du Quingrong. This lady not took care of my room during my stay but also greet me every morning with a warm smile and even gave me information about Beijing. She was always very polite, friendly and very professional. I hope more hotel managers encourage their employees to always put a smile on their faces when they talk to clients. It really makes your stay way more enjoyable. Thank you Du Quingrong for Beijing such a nice person ???

Great Location, close to shopping malls, Tian'namen square and metro lines. Good breakfast buffet. Great laundry service. Staff super helpful. Pricey when compared to other cities in China, but hey, it's Beijing. And it's still super affordable when compared to western Europe.

Comfortable, roomy & clean rooms. Close to shopping centers and attractions. Safe location to walk at night. Enjoyed performances provided by Mongolian singers and musicians every night. Not enough cold meat & meal selection for foreigners who cannot eat spicy food.
