The hotel is near a subway station and plenty of shops around. Hotel is quite a distance from city center. 1. We requested for an additional room card as there are 2 of us staying in the room and we comes back at different time but was rejected. It was such a disappointment with this hotel as Jinjiang Inn Xi’an Giant Wild Goose Pagoda at Xian happily giving us 2 room cards when requested. 2. When we checked in, the room air con is giving out hot air instead of cold air. The staff is kind enough to change to another room for us. 3. The hotel also takes in tour group guest which is so noisy. The guest open their room doors and shouted from inside their room to talk to their friends from another room well after pass midnight. In the morning, when they go for their morning tour pick, they shouted across the hall at around 6am in the morning and also with their room door open. You can hear them shouting inside their room from your room well past midnight and sometimes there are a group of them inside a room making so much noise with their room door open.. We cannot have a peaceful night sleep.

Location (a few minutes walk from the subway station), great price, staff very attentive (despite not speaking English we got by using the translator). Was able to check in hours before the official check in time which was amazing customer service. Cleanliness is not their strongest point. Messaged them beforehand and got ignored. I get staff do not speak English but at least they could have translated it, instead of ignoring my message. No brekkie but that's not an issue as food in China is cheap as chips everywhere.

Accept foreign passport holder. Close to metro stop, local supermarket, 4 stops from Beijing xi (west) train station. room was clean and bed was comfortable, good shower. Daily room service was provided. Occasional smoking smell from the bathroom fan.

Overall good. Allow customer to check in before noon is very good policy.
