Breakfast was nice and it was worth the price + the lady there was very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeper was very polite and helpful. There are many negatives here: 1. Instructions to reach the hotel could be greatly improved - the hotel is on a secondary street and if you are unlucky to come on a rainy day as we were it is not a great experience to have to wonder around. I actually got 30m away from the hotel and did not see it since it was after a corner on a parallel street. 2. The wifi requires signing in through a WeChat app - we were not able to make it work - also this means I could not connect the laptop. 3. The bathroom door is not offering any privacy - it is right by the entrance to the room and is transparent 4. The bathroom fan must stay on all at all times, otherwise you will get a very strong cigarette smell coming in through the vent - when we arrived the smell was so strong that all the towels smelled like cigarette smoke. 5. They offer a laundry service which is great - however you cannot wash socks or underwear. 6. The room is very very small - we had a family room and we could barely move despite having just 3 small trollers. 7. There are no closets or dresser so there is nowhere to put any clothing. 8. There is no fridge. 9, Staff does not speak English - we fund just 1 person that spoke a bit. 10. Response time is very slow on requests via Booking. 11. They took money from the card the day before we got there without sending any message - I initially thought someone stole/cloned my card - the vendor did not match the hotel name. To sum this up - there are much better options in Beijing for probably a lower price.

Well placed, very friendly with a lot of attention, super clean, amazing beds, good food and bars around. A very little bit difficult to find, the water is hot enough but might be hotter, we can hear a little noise from the corridor and other rooms (but definitely not an issue, and if that is the case, earplugs are available at the reception)

Everything about the hotel was outstanding. The staff was very helpful. Almost all the tourist attractions in Beijing were nearby the hotel.

Location is great, but little small. Consider the price, it might be still worth. All the staffs are really nice and helpful!

The staff is amazing. They really care and try to help. The breakfasts are also great, with a wide variety of choices. The diversity and quality of breakfast is a big plus. We liked the location, the surroundings seemed to be quite authentic. Booking.com maps and Maps.me show the location correctly Nothing

Best location. Great staffs. true Chinese experience. Clean rooms . High quality linen. Laundry machine on site. What else would anyone need?

The close vicinity to the mrt and good local food. It is a bit hard to find as the hotel is located in an alley off from the main road.
