Very convenient location.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Love the buffet breakfast nothing

Location is good, staff friendly, room enough wide. Breakfast average. Roof restaurant - bar was disaster. No design, no quality, no comfort but big expenses.

I like its very modern and customer-centered design of the room, elevator, and hallway. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that a big shopping mall is just next door. I wish that it were closer to metro.

The bed was comfortable. The lighting system in the room and bathroom was nice and safe. Varieties of towels were provided daily. The room cleaner was attentive to my needs. The AC was adequate. the mini fridge consists of compartments and was practical. The staff did not speak English, and communication was so difficult for a tourist. TV channels in room were very limited only 1 or 2 in English and local only. No international satellite. The lobby area was not pleasant .There are no seats or sofas. they had an adjacent area to the lobby, but it closed very early. The AC was not cool enough in the lobby nor in the restaurants. All restaurants were very limited in menu. The spa staff is hard to communicate or understand your needs . I found overpriced services in spa. I had to extend my stay in the hotel to a total of 20 nights because I was hospitalized for 9 days at the time during which my room had no occupancy—only my luggage. I asked to be granted some privileges, such as a little discount in room rate, but they didn't.It was so hard to order anything to the room due to staff lacking in English communication.

Congenial , Comfortable, Convenient

Nothing special. The room did not have wi-fi. No comb, radar, q-tip found in the bath room. We have to call front office to get them one by one. Only one entrance to the hotel lobby. All other doors are blocked. No chair or couch in the lobby. Cigarette smell all over the corridor.

Beautiful hotel. great location close to malls and easy access to historical sites. The gym was dated but they had both a sauna and steam room, large indoor pool. Room was large and comfy. Nice bar. The buffet was not good and the breakfast buffet was nearly $30. There's a Starbucks next door and breakfast options around the corner at the malls. The restaurants were quite pricey.

Good location, good value, super friendly staff. Clean, chic design. The interior design is modern and chic but not the most practical one. For example, there are not many drawers in the room. If you are a traveler like me who likes taking pictures hunts out of luggage, you may learn now to put things away smartly without ruining the tidy and b room. What’s said, it’s not a big deal.

1) Staff is not proactive, not confident in giving advice on queries like dropping off points for some tourist spots as well as ticketing booth info. 2) No waiting area/sofa at the hotel lobby! A first for me for having to stand and wait for my didi transport for 45 mins on a rainy day. When my travel agent came to pass us our contract, he also seemed shocked that we did not even have an area to sit down to go through the contract. 3) I was also given a wrong bill under my room and name with wrong credit card details upon checkout . And when I told him so, he asked if I was sure ?!! Only after a good 10mins thrn he realized that it was his mistake.
