For my job, location was perfect. What I enjoy in this hotel besides cleanliness and super-comfortable rooms is the following. First, the main lobby, which has a seducing perfume when you enter, and which is very spacious and relaxing. You can sit and do your work with a cup of tea, or wait for colleagues. Second, what is most perfect is the breakfast. It features numerous Chinese and European entries of the highest quality. Overall a great stay :)

Very Good location, very convenient, good facilities, people are very nice, very helpful, very friendly, the people working in the restaurant, the people working in the reception and the people working in the room cleaning. especially, Mr. Peter Lian he always help old guy like me to move luggages, to book a cabs, to solve problems.

The hotel is located near Beihang University, where I usually visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many issues may be resolved by asking Peter or Ali.

I really like this hotel. The room is a decent size and plenty of natural light. Place is quiet and I was never disturbed by noisy guests (hotel is big so the guests probably well spread out). It's efficient and impersonal but the cleaning lady was quite friendly and I got to know her a bit. Best feature for me is to have a real bathtub, a great luxury. I didn't eat in the hotel as I preferred to go out and have a traditional Chinese breakfast and taste a bit of the local lifestyle. Only drawback if you are coming for tourism is that this isn't the closest location to the major tourist spots like the hutongs and Forbidden City or whatever you might be coming for. My favourite place in Beijing is the Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan) and this hotel is very close to it, about 5 stops on the subway with one change, so that's a plus for me.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed my time there. The facilities were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. Among all the staff, I would like to express my special appreciation to Ms. Nurizat at the reception, whose professionalism and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay. She was attentive, courteous and always ready to help, handling every request efficiently and with a friendly smile. I would like to sincerely thank Nurizat for her outstanding service and dedication. She is a great representative of the hotel and an excellent example of true hospitality. Because of her and the overall quality of service, I would be happy to return in the future and recommend this hotel to others.

I visited Beihang University, and the hotel is located nearby. There are several restaurants at and near the hotel. The staff is friendly. Particularly, manager Peter is always ready to help.

Very international hotel close by important universities and science parks. Rooms are good and wifi reliable. Rooms also very clean. Peter Lian in the reception gav a good service in helping me with everything from taxis to hair dresser.
