The service was good and check out fast. Location is also good. Being a Ritz Carton which positioned itself as high end hotel , it does not have the facilities you would be expecting in a high end hotel ( as I could see in Ritz Carton Guangzhou). In particular it lacks having a good place where to relax after a long day work as the Churchill bar in Guangzhou Ritz Carton. The internet provided is absolutely terrible, not even in a very low end hotel would be that bad.

Overall an excellent hotel, with decent sized rooms, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great with a shower and a bath. Good location, good breakfast spread and very helpful staff for non-Mandarin speaking guest. The wifi was poor - but think this is true for most Chinese hotels. It was unpredictable in terms of connectivity which was challenging. Other than that, no concerns.

The room service was excellent. The food quality and price was unbelievable. Big choice at breakfast. Watch out for the costs of the evening buffet as charged me for wine and beer I didn’t have. It’s getting updated.

Mr. Allen and Mr. Sky are a dream team! They made sure my stay was incredible. By far the best hotel management I’ve experienced. I’ll be back! N/A

The place is really good and some of staff were very kind and nice, however they have amazing facilities and the place is located in a very nice and convenient zone. The room was spacey and really good. The spa services are really good and I liked that the pool and gym were open until late I won't recommend this place, the restaurant service was terrible, the food quality was not good (except the restaurant in the basement that was amazing). E.G the bread was not fresh, the staff in the restaurant was always with long faces and you need to order 2 or 3 times every time

location was good. The facility is SO OLD and the room was very poorly ventilated. I felt like I was suffocating. The carpet was so old too and it appeared very dirty. I really hoped better for the Ritz brand but this was way below expectations.
