The ac wasnt working well even when they "fixed it" staff don't understand english well which was causing a lot of difficulties and for the in room services a lot of times the prices vary

I have stayed in other St Regis across the world and the service I got was much better. Looks a bit dated. See above A bit disappointed- I wish I had chosen another property

The workers and team are great, super kind! The hotel is a little bit run down. It’s the first time, in my stays in the St Regis hotels that I felt that way. The hotel looks a bit old and rooms are clean, big and comfortable but need updating. You can see on the bathrooms specially. But it’s a great value for the location and price!

Very good

Room was huge, walk in closet, double sinks and amenities were nice but furniture was shabby and shower door needed refreshing way too expensive for the quality of the room. It was comfortable but worn. Breakfast buffet decent but not great. For a high end luxury hotel it is lacking

The hall was nice as well as the gym. The staff were unfriendly and could barely speak English, which is unacceptable for this type of hotel. The room was not clean as I frequently had allergic reactions to dust. Also, several people kept knocking at our door at odd times of the day and night until we asked to be moved to a different room, which was a downgrade compared to the previous one and with no compensation. Finally, we booked two tours with their travel agency which were extremely overpriced for the service that we received, as our guide only provided basic explanations and was mostly interested in soliciting purchases of souvenirs.

This hotel is located in the embassy district so it's not in the centre of things, but that was made up for with the friendly & accommodating staff & excellent facilities. Would stay again!

near metro connecting room was not arranged as per communication, during my stay, hotel was under renovation and network was down. room adjustment cannot be made on the spot during check in and had to wait 1 day. staff did his best to get us connecting rooms. but still, my 4 other family members were arranged on separate floors. i had requested for the same floor during booking. otherwise the stay is good.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in.

The gym, swimming pool, and the hot spring. There was a metallic strip on the floor between the bedroom and bathroom, that posed a continuous risk of injury and discomfort. This should not exist within the accommodation and is important for the hotel to promptly address and remove this strip to prevent any serious injuries to guests.

Shower leaks a bit of water to the floor.

One of the best stays of my life and that was thanks to Neil and his team at the St Regis. It was my first time visiting China and I cannot wait to come back. The team went above and beyond, booked great restaurants so I was able to try the local food, organised tours with very experienced guides who spoke fluent English. Indeed, my tour with Angie was the highlight of my trip. I had such a short time in Beijing but because of her skill we were able to pack all the major sights in. It's quite an intense experience going on a private tour due to the 1:1 nature but I was in great hands with Angie. She was extremely knowledgeable, brought all the history and legends of the Chinese dynasties to life and above all it was so much fun! At the end of the tour and my trip I was incredibly sad to leave Beijing and I credit that to the phenomenal hospitality of Neil and the team at the St Regis. Thank you all for such a warm welcome and amazing hospitality.

Staffs generally speak very good English which is rare in China even in top hotels. None

This hotel has made it through Covid and lack of foreign visitors utterly unscathed. Pristine as ever and showing no signs of aging. Just utter luxury. English skills of front desk not as great as they used to be - understandable.
