Very elegant and spacious and immaculately clean. I did not find the staff particularly kind or helpful. Everyone acted a bit put upon when you asked for assistance, and they did not seem to be enjoying their jobs. One exception: the doormen.

I liked the breakfast and the aesthetic of the hotel, the location good but you need the taxi to go anywhere around the city I would have appreciated a small swimming pool for the children, a better English speaking staff as the service was very poor.

wifi is at best very unstable, most times so slow that it was unusable and i had to rely on my phone's hotspot.

The room was spacious there was a long wait during check-in, and the staff with me during check-in was very rude and I suspect them called police on me, 4 officers broke into our room and asked for IDs just because we both are minors. also there were large holes on the couch ew

The room is spacious with remote controlled electric window curtains. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with varieties of western and Chinese foods. The receptionist in the front desk was lack of training. Check-in process was taken very long, at least half an hour. The location is little far away from city center.

Breakfast might have been the highlight of our stay. I was supposed to book your hotel in the financial district. Bookings.com told me there was only one Westin in Beijing. We had to go through security check each time entering the lobby. Not to mention parking the vehicle in the hotel parking lot.

The cleaning lady was spectacular.

Very clean facilities, housekeeping staff made the rooms lovely every day. Hotel is located in central Chaoyang so within walking distance to most major areas, and only a short distance from major attractions. We ordered room service a few times, everything on the menu was severely overpriced for the quality, every time arrived cold and soggy. You could easily walk 5 minutes out of the hotel to any restaurant or a 7 eleven and get a better quality meal.
