Clean , comfortable and good location The staff didn’t speak English at all

Several options for breakfast and clean rooms. The staff DOES NOT speak a single word of English and even interacting with them through translator apps is extremely difficult: they often do not understand even simple requests. On top of that we asked TWO DAYS in Advance to book us a Cab to the Airport and they kept saying that they would have called It later and on the morning we had to leave the cab could not arrive on time: we had to walk in the Rain with all the luggages to the subway station and almost missed an International flight. This kind of service Is unthinkable for an allegedly international and business hotel. Also the closest subway station Is 20 minutes away by walk.

Many samples and very good breakfast with every kind of food for everyone and every taste! You can leave the luggages for days if you come back later for some reason (free of change)! Except for Iris at the reception, nobody speaks English among the staff people and this can make the interactions quite hard! You Always have to use translator apps! Also there are no real pictures on the Booking Page.
