The aesthetics are gorgeous and we really liked the decor and art. There was a buzzing noise on the last night we stayed, on the third floor, was difficult to sleep.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good in an special location in Beijing. The places to stay in the garden is very nice. The relation quality/price is good for the offer There is not subway station around but the staff is ready to help for a taxi which is a problem for foreigners because to book a taxi you need to do it by smart phone in Chinese.

- Quite original interior design - Friendly staff, I had a question before our stay and they responded very quickly - Very quiet - Super comfortable bed - Great large windows - Good curtains that don't let light in in the morning - Great location to explore 798 - When we just arrived, hot water in the bathroom wasn't very hot, but the hotel staff fixed the problem within 30 min - The restaurant downstairs is expensive, but there are many places to eat in 798 area

A little bit off the beaten track with no subway close by and limited restaurants in the area compared to downtown options. Need to work on the breakfast, it was not setup at 7 AM start and a little limited in terms of the selection. Coffee was awesome!
