The staff was supportive and the (rennovated) room was nice and comfy. Location quite close to a metro station on the ring line, great start to explore Beijing. The non Chinese address displayed on booking is not right, so I ended up in a remote area, searching for a hotel that was somewhere else. I changed my booking twice, but at least a week ahead of arrival. When I came, there was only the first version of my booking and staff claimed there is no valid reservation and room for me. As it was midnight I was quite happy I could agree on a deal with the desk clerk.

only the big screen tv. except that, everything else was disappointing the slippers in the bathroom was old and dirty. the whole hotel especially the corridor was filled with cigarette scent. I called the hotel front desk earlier to inform them of my late arrival. shockingly, they didn't take my notice in consideration bc when my baby and I reached the hotel, the room I booked was not available. they might have sold it to someone else. had to wait for them to search a new non smoking room for my baby.
