Location is a little wrong on Dmaps

The kindness of the hotel staff. The meeting area in the 2nd floor. Too less Western Food options for breakfast as you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The Shower cabin needs a major renovation (Lime). No shelfs for shirts, pants or socks.

Everu thing The buffet menu and the other room air conditioner is not working properly

In addition to the amazing team, the hotel offers excellent services that make the stay even better. The laundry facilities, gym, and copy/printing services are outstanding and extremely convenient. Everything is well organized and easy to use, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays or business travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff and the great facilities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Everything good

Everything is great. Staff is so friendly, they are always ready to help. Especially girls on daytime. They try to help even if you don’t speak chinese. Also the laundry service was great. Location was very nice, it’s located almost near to every tourist attractions. Nothing

The room was confortable and spacious… Breakfast was good. For cleaning they can do better.

My first impression wasa bit disappointing as they front desk didn't have my reservation making me wait for almost an hour. After that incident, it was all uphill. The room was nice, clean and quiet. I have a marvelous view from my room. The laundry room was a welcome as I had to use it. The breakfast had option for everyone , a good mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian. I was also able to make special request for bfast

Bed and pillows - usual Hilton. Bad smell in the rooms, bathroom door missing, wc not flashing properly, very difficult communication with the staff - nobody speaking English but the manager. Poor breakfast selection for western guests

Laundry n comfortable bed Pay a room for 3 including breakfast but end up hotel say breakfast only for 1 person.

Free laundry, comfy bed, great cupboard with good number of hangers, bot that delivers your food deliveries, staff are generally friendly. Look the skewer restaurant opposite. I would have given a better rating if i came to this hotel in a colder season. While i did not complain or tell the hotel, the aircon in the room was almost non existent. the room was in constant 27-28 degrees when it's like 25-30 degrees outside. like what's the point of having aircon when one does not use it? Unsure. Another thing is wifi is almost non existent in level 5, but somehow works really well in level 2 where washing machines were. Pretty disappointing in Asia standards when it comes to wi fi speed. Did not sleep well 3 nights in the 7 nights i was there. Kind of defeats the purpose of a hotel business if you cannot aid your guest to have a comfortable stay. Aside being very close to temple of heaven, is not central enough to anywhere else nor any convenience store whatsoever. but thank God there is excellent food delivery in China.
