Stay in this place for second time. The location is good for me while it is a bit far away from city center. In this location you can find the place with a lot of restaurants, which is called Wu Ke Song. 15 mins by walk to the closest metro station.

Location, Cleanliness, cab arrangements, hospitality and clearing the guests concern is really great. Staff were very supportive and helping in nature. A staff at the front desk even made a call to the store (in chinese) for the product that wish to buy and resolved it. Many a times, when cabs or didi travel mess up, hotel staff reserved cabs for us. Most of the supporting staff doesnt understand English. Thats really a barrier for those who dont know chinese. None of us know Chinese. Translators will help to certain extent. Except this language misunderstandings everything was great.

The room is clean and spacious with well décor. The pillow and bed are comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Good location close to public transport and eateries. There are swimming pool and gym facilities which are particularly important when one cannot go out exercise during cold weather. The weekday lunch buffet was not worth for value. Limited variety and no high end food at the price of $168 per person. They did not refill the food unless you asked them. Disappointing.

This was my first trip to Beijing with my partner The holiday in was excellent. The service and rooms were perfect The room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The staff were very kind I have nothing to say here as the staff made every effort to make the staff perfect

On our second stay at this hotel we were offered an upgrade to a suite as a normal double room was fully booked. We were also allowed a late checkout. The staff are very helpful and friendly. nothing

The hotel is beautiful and is being newly renovated. It looks more like a high end hotel than a Holiday Inn. The staff are helpful and wonderful. The daily breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel and rooms were well decorated and clean. For families, there's a pharmacy, grocer, and several dining options nearby. And you're not far from an MRT station. The AC wasn't as cool as it should be, the room was warmer than I would like. And the beds were smaller than standard sized beds.
