We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and close to food options and the subway. Room was warm and had plenty of space. The room door slams shut unless slowly closed. Not a big deal as it is easy to adjust to although other hotel visitors may not be as aware.

The hotel is located really nearby the Olympic area. Plenty of room in the breakfast buffet. Room is spacious. There is a food delivery closet immediately on ground floor, making deliveries really convenient. Despite in a good location overall, the hotel is in an guarded area, that is very old where most of buildings seems abandoned. There really is just a 7-11 and a local deli. The road isn't spacious and can get easily stuck by cargo trucks. The room is old with moldy joints in the bathroom and dirty outside windows. The soundproof isn't good either. The wifi is blocking VPN. The room cards are still swiping system.

The air conditioner not blowing cool air. Hard to sleep at night and uncomfortable during hot days. Small window opening so air circulation is not great.

For the relatively inexpensive price, the room was well equipped, even if my view was the inner courtyard... Also, a rich buffet breakfast was included in the room price. Beitucheng subway station is a few meters away None of the staff spoke English

Cleanliness, modern, easily accessible by the Metro (subway) station nearby (about a 7 minute walk), 7-11 (24 hour) convenience store just outside, next to a park with Chinese sculptures, etc.. Gym faculty. Also there's a cute room delivery robot (kind of Star Wars' R2D2, which speaks Chinese), which was surprising and fun to see. The staff is helpful and cooperative. None of the reception staff spoke English, but had translator devices or smartphone translation apps, so communication was slow, but not a problem. Chinese WiFi in the country does not allow international apps like Google apps, Whatsapp, etc., so international travelers need their own country's SIMs with roaming data in which normal apps and browsing are allowed.
