It’s clean and in a quiet location. Great Spa! Mostly all good but my room seems have cigarettes smell. The staff doesn’t seem to speak English well.

1. i could hear voices from other rooms in my room 2. bellboys were very good, helpful, polite 3. those standing about in the lobby, in their suits...hmmm, they don't even smile... 4. the rooms may be dated, but well kept and maintained 5. breakfast was good! FnB staff were generally good, especially those at lobby cafe too insignificant to be bothered with.

The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the restaurant in the hotel does not have English-speaking staff, it is difficult to order.

The location and the property itself were quite nice. The staff is also very hardworking and going out of their way to please the guests. When we were waiting for our taxis in the lobby, bellboy brought us bottles of water free of charge, which wasn’t an expensive but a very well thought out gesture. Our experience was that rooms were quite dated. Bigger issues were the following: 1. Room cleaning could be much better. We are not too picky, but finding so much dust behind a nightstand (just one example)is a good indicator that deep cleaning hasn’t been done in a while. 2. AC control- we tried many methods but no success- it was too hot in the room and we had no way of regulating the temperature, staff wasn’t helpful in this matter at all.

The location The cold AC did not work they have informed that in winter it doesn’t work so i had to open the window and deal with street’s noises The room wasn’t clean there is dust in the curtains and the closets
