Staff were friendly and considerate. Our room door couldn’t be locked one day, and the front desk manager (lady) acted immediately, understood our concern, she went up to our room and waited for their engineer staff to come so it wouldn’t interfere with our schedule. There are a couple of walkable distance malls nearby, lots of restaurants around the neighbourhood. There is also a farmers market on Saturday so you can buy lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Prices are amazing. The location is about 5 minutes to the subway station but at least 45 minutes any major attraction. We are a party of 5, stayed for seven nights, only three towels were provided for the first few nights. Hotel should put a note to their housekeeping team to ensure there are enough bath towels for everyone in the room upon checked in. There is no refrigerator in the room. Only something like a cooler. If there is a refrigerator, at least we can have some cold drinks at the end of the night after a hot day.

The hotel is excellent all around - friendly, polite, and helpful staff, modern amenities, convenient location - especially for those who want to visit Peking, Tsinghua, and Renmin Universities, and cozy all around. Nothing

staff were extremely friendly and could even speak english which was a suprise as many of the other hotels we stayed was only chinese speaking. Also room service was great they came as soon as we needed them for whatever we needed them for location of the hotel was a bit outside of where we wanted to stay, was qutie far from everything but still really good palce

It’s new and clean with a contemporary flair No safe box, no closet, breakfast is boiled eggs and bread slices, no hall room, no conference room,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and new. It is located near the main bus and metro lines. It is also accessible by taxi. The bathroom smelled a bit bad one day during our stay. But it went away the next day. Not sure what caused it.

Very comfortable beds. Staff were great and helpful. Modern building and very clean and spacious rooms. The shower needs a special mention. Good location and they offered on site free parking which was extremely convenient. No lock on bathroom/toilet doors.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom super suite and we loved it. Living room and bathroom are spacious, and beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Nothing I disliked. The breakfast facility is a temporary one as the hotel is in the process of renovating the dining hall. This is not really an issue.
