Location for my purpose in Beijing meet my requirements I had a bad experience about cleaning aspect, finding blood in the bathroom, I reported & suppose the cleaning that , but already I disappointed with the disgusting issue.

Location is great, staff helpful, modern design and quiet, despite the location. They also have a translation device for easy communication Auto light going on and off but no biggie.

Very comfortable stay and super convenient location. Excellent overall. Front desk was very helpful assisting with our food deliveries.

Staff are wonderful. I have stayed at Yi Stack Hotel several times and never disappointed. Love the place. Need more bathroom hooks to hang towels, cloths.

I booked this hotel for one reason: its closeness to the Airport Expressway. I didn't expect much from the area, but the hotel itself was a wonderful surprise! The room is small but very clean and cozy. The beautiful courtyard is the perfect place to relax in the evening. The staff at reception were exceptionally warm and kind and served great coffee. A charming choice for an early flight. My stay was mostly pleasant, thanks to the excellent pillows and a very good shower. However, the bed linens were slightly damp, which unfortunately impacted the quality of my sleep.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with nice design. Location is very good and convenient. The employees are all friendly and helpful. WiFi sometimes were unstable and projection to TV was not possible in some rooms

The hotel is modern and nice, we found it very comfortable. The bed was large, but like a lot of Chinese hotels there was little space to hang up your clothes, but this is common! We would definitely return and it was a good value for money :)

Great Hotel, amazingly helpful staff, clean & comfortable. The only issue I had was I couldn’t get on their wifi the whole time I was there. I did tell them, and they did try to help, I just had no luck. This did make things a little difficult. Everything else was great, especially the staff ?

I stayed in this hotel the second time. Always great staff, very helpful. Very close to Sanlitun area, all major embassies and the subway station. You can order delivery from the restaurant and there is a special space for it close to the front desk, very convenient.

The staff is clearly trained to absolutely do their best for guests. Not in a way that feels like a professional duty, but like they actually get joy from being able to help. It’s quite amazing, seems like a great working culture there. For example, they served us breakfast early, because we had an early appointment at the embassy, and they helped plan our timing and travel (walking time). The room (suite) was big and well-appointed. I liked the walk-in closet/changing room a lot. I liked the bathtub. No complaints

Cleanliness

An exceptionally clean and quiet place for busy Beijing. Love the closeness to everything. Excellent staff. Will return to YiStack next time. The room needs hooks on the way to hang clothing.

In general, this is simply a very good hotel and the one where I have stayed when I went to Beijing. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff very friendly, rooms clean and good and the breakfast tasty. In summary: thanks. This time, my room was located on the outside of the building - not a big issue, of course, but I prefer the inside rooms. Somehow, the hotel seems more geared towards a Chinese audience. The hotel has now invested in a translation machine, which, yes, will cover the basics of communication, but a nice aspect of a 'boutique' place (like this one) is usually that it is possible to briefly chat or receive recommendations, which is not smoothly possible now. Is it really such a hurdle to learn one (international) language in addition to Chinese? It would be a plus.
