Happy Dragon Hotel National Art Museum Metro Forbidden City

The beds were a little on the hard side.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted us with setting up the Alipay app and helped us find the different meeting points for our tours. We are very grateful for all their support and positive attitude—they made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's location is excellent. It is just a short walk from the subway station, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also several convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only minor issue during our stay was the shower, which was a little uncomfortable to use. Other than that, everything was excellent.

There were a ton of small perks (free laundry, bottles of water when we came back to the hotel, help booking attractions) that made our trip much more enjoyable. You get what you pay for with the rooms, but the people went above and beyond, thank you! Best service we had during our trip!

We like the location, free laundry, and the friendly staff. The location is right behind Longfu Mansion with restaurants, cafe, deserts, and shops nearby. 2 metro stations (Dongsi & National Art Museum) are with within walking distance from the hotel. We are very happy with the 3 beds room on the 1st floor. It's clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the 3 of us. The hotel provides free water and coffee at the lobby. We especially love the staff, They are very friendly, helpful with travel information, and speak good English. The warm welcome makes us feel as though we are coming home. Old carpet in the hallway and no elevator for 2nd floor. Bathroom floor tiles are smooth, so they are a bit slippery after shower.

The room was great with a perfect location by 2 metro stations, but the real highlight was the staff! Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and super helpful

Staff: the greatest! First of all, the three women working at the front desk are the nicest: they provide you with all the helpful information and help with everything you may need, offering water, coffee, tea, whatever. They speak English which makes communication easy and nice. We had a great stay In Beijing and, in great part, because of them. Room and toilet quiet small

Affordable , close to the almost all famous historical monuments . Staff was wonderful ( Momo and the 2 other girls) were excellent ?? , welling to help and answering all questions !! Nothing

The hotel was located great, in a good area, and had very easy access to the metro line. the staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange tours to both the Forbidden City and the Great Wall and were very positive and pleasant

The staffs are exceptional. They help you a lot in everything. From checking places, to doing your personal requests. Amazing service specially Eva! Very helpful!

Location is near to subway, mall, forbidden city, foods. Very clean. The staffs are very accomplished and approachable. Thanks to Ms. Mumu and Ms. Wang for a very good service.

Great location near many attractions, incredible staff extremely helpful and friendly. They are very sincere in wanting to make your stay and visit to Beijing as good as possible. Clean and comfortable room and plenty of dining options and convenience stores very close by. Would stay again No negatives and it was such a good stay it is hard to think of any improvements needed

Amazing staff, the kindest people who will look after you well. Very good location in a nice neighbourhood in beijing. The room layout is somewhat basic but that shouldn’t matter much if you’re out seeing the city!

The service and the front desk were exceptional. Really amazing. They were kind and helpful and speak English. Fantastic. The location is ideal. The room was basic. It was by far the worse hotel I had in China, though this is probably because Beijing has a different market. The accommodations are basic, if you expect more you might look elsewhere.
