Facilities were OK. We booked and paid and the staff did not speak any English and forced a second payment in an excruciating difficult manner without refunding the original payment as of yet. They did not honor the original payment and said it was a deposit for full amount, did not let entry to the room until a second payment was made. They did not take American CCs, they did not take American dollars in cash.
