Very clean and modern facilities, convenient location. The reception staff was not very professional, having charged us 20% extra by mistake, only to be noticed by us at checkout. Then the refund process took a month.

The central local was my primary criteria. I liked the modern design. Comfortable bed and quiet sleep despite the construction notice. Decent breakfast. Overall a good experience. As the hotel is rated 5 stars, I disapprove the lack of drawers to organise my clothes, a room safe and a phone to call from. The service centre is to be called via a speaker and the person doesn’t speak English. Ordering room service wasn’t clear how. The hotel has to cater more for international travellers.
