It is new and clean They have this absurd policy about check in. It is only possible to check in from 17:30 to 20 afterwards ‘the access to the facility is not permitted’ they would call you the day before and tell you so. Now, the only reason why you need to check in person is to give them copy of your ID and sign a privacy agreement. These two things can easily be done by email/whatsapp priori to the arrival. There is no need to threaten customers that had already paid for the room while it is likely that in most cases a delay in check in cannot be customer’s responsibility (eg delay of a flight).

A bit complicated system to connect to wifi, so, I even didnt have a chance to use it. But it was ok in my case as I had mobile internet. But for some guests it can be a bit complicated. Over-cleaning, even if you do ask not to clean the room, no-one listen it. That was a bit strange.

Walls are very thin, we could hear everything the couple in the adjoining room was saying when they came in at 12:30 am, talking/arguing for an hour until another guest started to bang on the wall so that they were quieter.

Rooms clean, good size and secure parking. Bathroom a bit dated but very clean.

The lovely receptionists were really helpful, our room and the facility in general was always very clean. We loved every single moment of our stay and didn't face anything that we didn't like.

The hotel owners were very friendly, they helped us a lot through the stay. The rooms were nice, Cosy and spacious. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and feel the winter breeze . It’s overall a perfect stay! -

the room was clean it is a 30 minute car ride to the center and 30euro cab drive. there is only one lady running the hotel and she comes and goes so there is nobody in the reception, had to wait 15 minutes outside the hotel gates just to get in. once you have a room key you have to go pass 2 other electric systems with a long code that doesnt always work just to get in, not friendly or helpful. the checkin is only from 17:30 which is not convenient and checkout until 10:00. lady doesn’t know english so it was hard to communicate and wasnt helpful.
