Quiet beautiful scenery Having to pay so much for the gondola to get there

Iconic view, quite area, friendly staff, sauna and Jacuzzi. Highly recommend it to hikers, for a romantic getaway, or just a relaxing weekend. Nothing really, just a friendly suggestion - if there were workout mats provided on request and some terrace area was cleared in the morning for yoga, it would add to the experience. Another suggestion is to offer packed lunches and water for hikers.

For the spa 1,5hour is a bit tight we would prefer to have a bigger slot, but otherwise everything was very nice.

Amazing place to stay for a total ski lodge experience plus more. Staff very friendly, all food was amazing (breakfast included; we decided to also purchase lunch and dinner from here and have zero regrets). Despite it being a short stay we felt at home and like it was 'our' place. Incredible views, great snow. We decided to spend a bit extra on the wellness centre (spa and sauna) and were so glad we did. Would love to return one day.

Love many things eg check in, food, decor, staffs, spa, nearly perfect except a couple of details... We have received 2 bathrobe for spa use, one is good the other is in a less quality Standard and also a little broken. Also drinking water in the spa is not being refilled in a 90mins round. Wind lobby is lacking in going into restaurant/reception. Summer is fine but Winter is a real problem... Reading light by the bed could be brighter.

Everything was perfect. The location, the views, the facilities (very good spa area for a small hotel), the breakfast. We could see Groundhogs through our window. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The only thing to improve is the WiFi. Very weak and unreliable. It was not a big issue for us because we had a Swiss phone with unlimited data, but for foreigners it could be a limitation.

Beautiful views, balcony, good breakfast and nice personnel The google maps location on booking was incorrect resulting us to completely drive up the mountain only to be told we had to drive back down and take the ski lift. This was inconvenient but something that in hind sight we could have known because some info was send by mail following the booking. The farm next door the lodge started very early in the morning, music was very loud and this woke us up at 5:00 am. Edith Piaf is great music but this was a bit too much
