Xanadu Resort Hotel - High Class

The customer service provided is exceptional, ensuring a luxurious experience from arrival to departure. This marks our fourth visit, and we fully intend to return. The resort maintains high standards of cleanliness and offers a diverse range of amenities, also there are many different spots you can spend the day at preventing any potential monotony.

I’ve been to Turkey about 10 times and this resort is the best experience I had before . Very nice personal , clean territory , no annoying suggestions to buy something and many other pluses . The only thing that may be updated is AC system in the rooms . Not the best one and hard to control the temperature. Lots of activities for kids and adults . Territory is amazing , I was walking , walking and walking. Food is great , alcohol is great as well )) Nothing

The bathrooms in the bungalow rooms are not clean and have mould at places

They prepare delicious food and tasty cocktails. The rooms and beds are comfortable, but in January there is simply nothing to do — very little on the property is functioning. Last time I stayed at Xanadu Island at the end of autumn, and it was magnificent! Even considering that the hotel was closing for the winter season right after our stay, everything was still operating. Steaks every day, ice cream every day, bowling and the game room, tennis court, billiards, and many other activities — all 100% free. The kids were absolutely thrilled! After that experience, I decided to stay at this Xanadu in Belek. The kids were really looking forward to the trip, and here’s what happened: there were no steaks, no ice cream, and all the games were paid! Bowling for one game (I don’t remember exactly) was around 8 euros per child, and they want to play several times. There was nothing for the kids to do on the property at all, which means they start ruining the parents’ vacation! I had to take the family out to the city for entertainment, and I was not happy about it.

Very clean comfortable resort amazing staff and great management My booking was ( nun refundable ) type and I got a problem with my flight so I couldn’t arrive at the date I booked so I contacted the resort And they changed my booking date with no price difference although it was a high season and that was very generous from them Also when I stayed at the resort my baby son accidentally broke the ashtray and they refused to make fine or penalty for that And that the way they build a strong base of loyal customers I will definitely will stay again in xanadu resort and of course will recommend it to my friends No thing

Everything was great regarding to the property Location and view

The hotel location was good. Facilities were generally nice. The atmosphere was pleasant and the beach area was beautiful. Staff seemed unhappy and unmotivated; service was provided with a sad attitude. Food quality did not match the hotel’s class and was disappointing compared to other hotels we visited during the same trip. No heated outdoor pool, which was a letdown for a hotel of this level. The kids club was just average with limited activities and insufficient staffing, likely due to the season. Although the beach atmosphere was nice, the sand was not clean, especially compared to the neighboring hotel areas. Overall, we had higher expectations from a Xanadu hotel, but the experience was disappointing. Everything felt just average.

The place normal the is furniture old the free food under expectations even the room service ,taxi from the hotel was tooooo expensive . Don’t waste money on this hotel. Try another hotel your friends or family tried.

The food quality was so bad, this is first time in my life I have a very bad experience in a 5 stars hotel like that

The staff are exceptionally friendly. I want to thank specially Emrah Komecoglu for handling some of the issues we faced in such a positive, friendly and graceful way, and always found a way to make the situation better. The facilities are nice .. so many things to do for family, kids club is amazing for young kids and a lot of entertaining programs throughout the day and night The rooms need refurbishing. A theme across the hotel is everything is on the lowest quality. The mattresses are the worst and although they tried to find a solution and add a soft layer on top of the mattress, i barely slept for 5 nights. The towels are paper thin. The shattaf splashes water everywhere out of the toilet except where it is intended to wash. The food quality is also the lowest so not very enjoyable. I was shocked to learn that a renovation was done in 2018 as the furniture and appliances are really outdated. The shower handle is calcified that it’s hard to change water temperature. They don’t even have a king size cover for the king size bed and I had for 2 nights one small cover and then I had to request an additional cover. I believe the management/ procurement need to rearrange their prioritize on cost savings as this is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel.

Great facilities, friendly staff and great food. Somer Gitak is a great manager at the desk and was very helpful. He should be commended for great customer service. None. Perfect place to stay for family vacation
