Clean Facilities
-
The facilities were so clean and organized. None to say
-
nothing

They do not accept USD cash, you need to make sure you exchange before or use credit cards. Rooms are very outdated and musty, impossible to clean. Broken AC vent (the AC still cooled), lumpy bed, only good for bare bone necessities if you need to rest between flights, do not stay here for any enjoyment of the place. There are cheaper options that cannot be worse. I chose this one due to the Ibis brand but I think it was a big mistake.

Only the location is good. But the hotel need building maintenance, painting, air conditioning cleaning, better bedding. It was moldy, the air conditioning was not cleaned and moldy, the bed linen was low quality and there was no duvet, and the furniture was old. the worst stay at the Ibis chain that I have ever had
-
The room was to small, bathroom was dirty, AC was to cold. The room was dusty

Very good

CLOSE TO AIRPORT
-
Facilities were not well maintained. Sheets on bed were completely worn through in some areas.
-
No WiFi, the phone in the room wasn't working, so for everything you needed to go down to the lobby. Staff doesn't speak English, and the check-in process was horribly long
-
Friendly service, good breakfast. The room was not clean, is super small

Pleasant

The location is close to the airport of Belém, which is good for a lay over. It took 7 min by taxi to get there. The check-in was horrible. We had to wait over 1.5h before there was someone available to check us in. Understaffed. Also, be prepared to loose 12% if you pay with your credit card issued in another currency than BRL! Finance managers instructions. Market rate on 14/09/24 was 5.58 and I got a 4.98 rate. Not transparent and I am already working with Procon.

Arrived very late from long haul flight. Just needed a few hours sleep for next stage of journey. Staff pleasant enough, no complaints there. Room acceptable, expensive though. For that price would have expected even a bottle of drinking water, none in the room. Disappointed with that. Expensive, no bottles of water.
-
Location close to the airport. Staff were very helpful after mentioning that the airconditioning wasn’t working properly. Took long to do the check in because staff couldn’t really speak English.
-
It is 4 minutes far from the airport by car. The hotel was too expensive for what it offers. The rooms are quite modest with minimal infrastructure, nevertheless it is quite pricy.

Passable

Proche de l'aéroport. Check-in super long, 1h d'attente, faute de personnel.
