Biggest bang for the buck in Belém but you will need transportation to reach the city center

I can't rate the breakfast due to my early morning flight. But the staff were super friendly and able to communicate with me in English. I really recommend this hotel for travelers who are in transit to other destinations in Brazil.

Spacious rooms with good beds The rooms should have yellow lights to improve sleep instead of bright white lights , especially the bathroom. Whenever you go to the toilet during the night you get wide awake because of the bright white lights. One bright white light for make up etc and one dim yellow light that can be switched on separately would be ideal for bathroom and bedroom to improve circadian rhythm

Very helpful staff. The hotel has a little convenience store inside which is great for late snacks. Room was good. Hotel is located close to the airport.

Location outside the city limits of Belem, good if you are travelling to go outside Belem further South. Typical franchise hotel, expensive for what it is, but you pay for location, parking and night security.

The people I spent three days in this hotel and I had to take cold showers every day because there was no hot water available. The breakfast is very poor.

Nothing realy. I expected more from an IHG HOTEL Everything, aircondioning was not working, had to change rooms 3 times. Bathroom door has no lock, refrigerator does not cool. Light keeps going on an off. Bad house keeping. Rooms not so clean for an IHG.

Clean rooms..everyday! Breakfast was good. Great variety and enough for all. English speaking staff...very important! We stayed 30min from the city, but close to the airport and a great shopping mall (10-15mins). There is also a supermarket & shopping mall in walking distance. Tip: always use certified taxi's. I forgot my phone in the taxi coming from the airport...and he returned it back to the hotel! We even made a taxi friend.. when in Belem, reach out to Edilson (55 91980903712) Great guy!

Close to the airport, has nice nearby shops. Found two cockroaches in my room. One of the staff wss helpful, another receptionist tried to rip me off to pay 150€ more to stay a few more hours. Not impressed
