Great breakfast, it was not clear to me that ice cream was not included. I may have overlooked that. I know it is not common here, but in some countries hotels have a pool access price, this would be very popular for the hotel but iBis Styles-Hangar may not need additional income due to such a great location. No towel station at the pool was also unfortunate.

The swimming pool and the rooftop view are the best. the internet connection (wifi and local) in the room was very bad. After complaining at the reception there was still no solution. we had to go the corridor if we wanted a better connection. The staff can be more helpful. Reception and restaurant staff can be more polite.

The proximity with Hangar Belem made it easy for us to attend the conference sessions. The twin bed room is quite small.

There is a rooftop pool and a fitness area. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and we got really good service from Miss Maria. The hotel location is close to the airport. Check-in was possible from 12 pm, which is always great. Fitness area doesn't have a lot of weight options.

I like the 24 hour checkin which was required due an extreme delay to my flight. The pool on the roof top was great to meet fellow visitors to the conference held in the nearby Hangar. That the pool closes rather early, around 8pm.
