Increadible service, room and facility. Truely exceptional. My favorite hotel in Brasil. They make the bed twoce a day. The linens a.d pillows were exceptional. The tv was the biggest ive seen in a hotel room. The mini bar has 3 kinds of champagne. The rooftop restaurant had a dj, wagu beef, sushi, ceviche and tartare. I could live there. Nada

The room was very neat. Pool bar and restaurant close to the pool. Different restaurants available. The Italian restaurant needs some improvement. The carbonara was disappointing. Watery and undercooked. Pancetta was hard. No tea,cappuccino or hot chocolate f.e. at breakfast to pick for myself. There was only regular coffee.

No parking, very difficult to park to do the check in.
