The cleaners don't speak English which is a barrier to communication. I let management know and they threw a fit about me complaining to them about that issue. It started off where I booked a week and on the 3rd day they called about room service which is NOT what they offer. Room.service brings u food takes ur dirty clothing and washes them and so foeth. This was basically cleaning the room. My room was not very dirty to begin with but basically we were chased out of the room down to the pool. The weather was still a little cool making the pool water extremely cold for little children. They said my room would be done in a set amount of time and said my room was dirty which again it was not very dirty. Provide me a broom and dust pan and I will clean it they said the cleaning people want to make the experience enjoyable and safe for everyone then they would learn how to speak English. The entire time I was their my key card kept being unactivated so I could not use the pool without being locked out and having to walk around the entire complex in order to back inside building my door to my room was locked with the card several times. I could not get in i and have a disabled daughter plus 3 little boys. This was not only highly inconvenient the staff was not helpful and accused my daughter

Breakfast is the usual fare, waffles, eggs, bacon, bagels, dry cereal, and yogurt. Sweet staff

Room was smelly, musty and dirty in the room. New wood floor had large gaps and it was just being installed. your workers have no pride and you will be changing it out again as it lifts.

The room and lobby were spacious and the breakfast was substantial. Two people worked the front desk. Neither were available or visible for about 10 minutes after I arrived around 6:30 pm. A sign said they would return shortly.

Incredibly clean, convenient location for travel. Helpful friendly staff. Best breakfast of our whole trip! Lots of options and kept it stocked. They are redoing the floors so some hallways and areas are concrete but what is done is very nice so have a little patience with that process.

Very nice stay. Clean and well-appointed. The staff was wonderful.

The property was well maintained and extremely clean. Both of the gym and the pool where comfortable clean and well worth the value. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely responsive and kind.

During a 4night stay we had to change rooms 2 times, so 3 rooms total. No maintenance available to fix anything. Will stay somewhere different on the next trip.

Great place to stay

1) regular coffee had grounds in it that made it taste awful 2) the king bed mattress was quite uncomfortable. Needs to be changed out.

Great place to stay, breakfast at the cafe was wonderful. Buffet was not worth the 100$ but the place was comfortable friendly staff and comfy bed
