The hotel is excellent and everything was fine... I thank Mr. Bors, the guest manager, who was always there to serve the guests... and also the restaurant manager in the morning for breakfast. She was friendly and met all breakfast needs. Thank you. Everything was fine

The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice and clean, except a few details. The sheets and everything else was very clean. The parking was right in front of the hotel and covered by cameras and free of charge. The hotel is pretty remote, however the location is calm, which I wanted to have. The coffee was amazing in the bar. By far my biggest issue has been the internet connectio from the room. During the stay of 2 nights and all 3 days. Most of the time the connection was so bad, that a simple WhatsApp text message would take 2 minutes to send. In the second evening I was supposed to receive a message, however it arrived the next morning when I went downstairs for breakfast. For me and my wife without roaming internet (as Serbia is not in the EU) this was a huge annoyance. On top of that, my wife had two meetings scheduled to take multiple hours and she couldn't use the nice desk and office chair in the room, as the internet wouldn't work. Instead she had to go downstairs to another room to attend those meetings. It was however very nice of the staff to offer that option, so that she could attend those meetings. Unfortunately we were not offered a different room with better internet connection to stay in (maybe there was not another comparable room? I don't know) and we were not offered any kind of compensation for the issues we had during our stay. The staff were informed about the importance of the internet for us on the first evening upon arrival and they tried to solve it, however it didn't help unfortunately. For anyone who doesn't have roaming internet we can not recommend this place at the current state, as it's crucial to plan the stay, check on public transport and activities and the TV. (Netflix or Prime therefore also didn't work in the room) Additionally of the curtains was stained with lots of blue dots, looked like ink.
