Prezident Palace Belgrade - Rooftop Pool & Spa Hotel

Hotel je fenomenalan, bukvalno san snova. Svi zaposleni su izuzetno profesionalni, prijatni i spremni da pomognu. Dorucak je bio kraljevski, apsolutno svega. Soba prelepa, preudoban krevet, nije mi se ustajalo iz njega, ali sam i jedva cekala jer sam se potrudila da sto vise vremena provedem na moje dve omiljene lokacije u hotelu a to su: Rooftop bar kao i Wellness&Spa centar.

Everything about the hotel was superb. The rooms were generous in size. The decor is unique and stunning. The rooftop pool and bar area provide a serene space. Everything was perfect.

An absolutely magnificent hotel that defines luxury. The property itself is stunning, boasting elegant decor and world-class facilities, but it is the outstanding service that truly steals the show. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. ​The rooms are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with every premium amenity you could possibly need. Dining was another highlight—every meal was a culinary delight. If you are looking for a flawless, high-end experience where every detail is taken care of, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Staff's hospitality, responsiveness and attention were great. Overall cleanliness, room size, room quality, safety and location were also almost perfect. I'd recommend this hotel to any foreign visitor to Belgrade who wishes a world class accommodation experience. Breakfast was mediocre. Room service was too expensive, even ordering a large bottle of water costs a lot. Not much to do inside the hotel except the spa, as the roof bar was closed.

The staff, the spa , the size of the room , the location …. When we arrived a bit early to the hotel, we left the luggages to walk around. When we checked in we found them already in the room. They left us 1 bottle of wine and macarons as complimentary. The day of the birthday of my husband they brought a cake with candle to our table. And the spa was very useful after walking all day long. This hotel elevated our mood during oir vacation Breakfast could be prepared with better quality of food. The pillows were not comfortable enough.

One of the Best Hotels I’ve Stayed in Anywhere in Europe I travel frequently and have stayed in many luxury hotels across Europe, but this hotel truly impressed me. It’s rare to find a place where the quality, elegance, and attention to detail are this evident in every aspect of the stay. The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the famous Skadarlija district, and only about a ten-minute walk to the very center of Belgrade. At the same time, the hotel is in a quiet area, offering the perfect balance between being close to all the main attractions and enjoying comfort and privacy. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed and mattress are top-quality and guarantee a perfect night’s sleep, while the electric blinds and carefully selected details add a true sense of luxury. The spa area is fantastic – featuring an indoor pool as well as a spectacular rooftop pool with panoramic views over the entire city of Belgrade. The view from the restaurant is equally impressive and adds a special touch to the overall experience. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding – a wide selection, excellent quality ingredients, and everything prepared with great care. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Parking is available, which is a big advantage in this part of the city, and the staff is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. In one word – perfection. This will definitely be my hotel of choice every time I visit Belgrade. all was perfect!

staff are so polite and friendly and very helpful. Specially in the breakfast time the young lady was incredibly helpful, smily , very polite & friendly. She made our breakfast 10 times more nice with her nice attitude , I really recommend the prezident palace hotel !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would definitely come back when in Belgrade

Attentiveness of the staff, breakfast, and wonderful spa. They were so accommodating it would be ungrateful of me to say anything negative!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a special experience. Prezident Palace is not just a hotel—it’s an oasis in the heart of Belgrade. The attention to detail, elegance of the interiors, and warm hospitality made my stay unforgettable. All staff members were outstanding—professional, attentive, and very kind. Every interaction felt personal which added a unique charm to this experience. The wellness and spa area is - wow!. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet selection was very special, for all different tastes with fresh, high-quality options—from local specialties to international favorites. One of the biggest advantages is the secure parking, which is a luxury in the city center. It made exploring Belgrade stress-free. In every way, Prezident Palace exceeded expectations. I recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and memorable stay in Belgrade. Only that I had to leave :)

The hotel is absolutely a gem in the neighborhood of Skadarlija, meaning perfect location to enjoy restaurants and coffee bars. Very French styled decorations, classy and elegant, comfortable and romantic, with all the meticulous services through every corner of the hotel. Among all, front desk receptionists are truly attentive and professional: Srdan is extremely helpful with all kinds of solutions for our questions and sharing lots of tips for daily visits and highlights; Petar will write the names of bus stops and calls "Three Hats" for the last minute reservation on Friday night. Lovely and fabulous spa area. Massage is unexpectedly impressive. Heartwarming atmosphere is greatly appreciated. Will love to come back and highly recommend the hotel to friends and families.

Amazing breakfast, great service and good spread

Fantastic stay! The hotel has a great central location — perfect for combining morning walks, work meetings, and enjoying the vibrant nightlife nearby (Skadarlija). The wellness and spa facilities are exceptional and included in the room rate, which is a huge bonus. Everything was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Coffee machine in the room isn’t wonderful but the breakfast buffet makes up for it.

A wonderful stay! Not my first time in this hotel, I love it.
