Clean room, breakfast was good.

The room was good enough for a night's stay. It didn't seem to have bugs or stink which is top priority. Breakfast was...meh. I accidentally left my charger there, it took 3 days of calling before anyone could take my call. It took a few more days to get a prepaid shipping label to get them to send it back to me. They said they did but here we are, 10 days later and my first class package that I paid for has not arrived! So now I'm out a charger AND money to ship it to me that never happened. Customer service was the worst part of the stay.

Front desk staff was excellent. I had to check out a little late due to a remote interview and they were very accommodating.

Nice place to stay, went into Bozeman for work

This hotel met our needs for a single night's stay very well, as we were travelling to Yellowstone. The staff were nice and helpful; they helped arrange and deliver an extra rollaway bed. The kids loved the pool area. Our room was spacious, albeit with simple amenities. It was easy to find/get to, and there was even a picnic bench outside (in the dog exercise area) for us to sit outside and eat our take-out meal.

Negatives: The Front Desk gave us the wrong directions to our room! After walking down one flight of stairs, we walked all the way down the hall to find the room numbers ran out! Our room (#122) was ALL THE WAY BACK AND DOWN ANOTHER FLIGHT OF STAIRS RIGHT BY THE LAUNDRY ROOM! VERY NOISY! *Pet Friendly, we have a 3 year old Siberian Husky and our room was down 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Our dog was extremely tentative every time on each flight of stairs. The above Negatives are the reason for the low rating.

We needed somewhere to sleep for the night,so it met those needs. No elevator. Dated room and the bedding was thin. Otherwise clean and adequate for our needs. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

Clean, well-maintained, beds/furniture were not at all run-down for being in the budget price range.

Helpful staff but slow computer sign in and check out. Hot tub out of order.
