Large room, good bed, good location No water and no coffee in the room

Not much modern structure but, all in all, a good hotel. Big parking. Quality of the food in the restaurant is quite low. Breakfast quality quaite standard.

Breakfast was very good, but only af you haven't been in other Serbian hotels. The worst of all was the attutude of the staff. Very unfriendly, withouth hiding the fact that they have to do simple things for us like check in for example.

Location Check in was very late (at 4 PM we got the room), waiting more than 2 hours in the lobby). One of the rooms had old furniture. Limited options at breakfast.

Position was good, friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Room pretty good, comfortable and clean. Very poor internet signal. Rude person on reception when asking for an internet improvement, in the afternoon/evening of 25 May, poor English and bad communication skills. That person's attitude does not have a positive impact over the hotel reputation.

Clean and spacious Receptionist made no effort to call a taxi, she said there were none available but we managed to call one in 10mins

Nothing good. Very dirty. Bugs all over. The staff was mainly unfriendly. We switch the room twice because the rooms were so dirty. They charge us even though we were in the room about 7-8 hours. And finally we left the hotel
