The Hotel is pretty old and i expected it to have keycards, but they use manual keys instead. The receptionists were super friendly, and they really wanted to help. From the pictures it looks relatively modern, but the halls and the reception are very old. The room itself had everything you need though. A nice renovated shower and bathroom, a comfy bed and aircondition. I only stayed for one night, but i definitely feel like i got my moneys worth. The only minus is the location. It's in a very secluded area with not much to do in the area. If you want peace, then the area is perfect, but there isn't much happening.

We were allowed to have an early check-in and late check-out (had discussed it in advance, for an extra fee). The room was huge with two bathrooms - very convenient! Breakfast was good. I liked the coffee! It's the best, the most incredible value for money, I can't imagine finding anything of better value for money. The staff at the desk weren't too friendly at first, but eventually they did help us with all our issues. The hotel is quite run-down, could use some renovation.

The hotel is really a budget friendly option. It really pays off if you are not bothered with five star hotels or poshy accomodation. I can be very picky and from my point of view it is clean, sheets are perfectly white, no stains, toilets are shiny, towels smell softly... Though under the bed it can be dusty but bed frame is very low and it is hard to move bed to clean it properly. I liked the location, the tram and bus stations are just across the location and you are in downtown in 20 minutes. If you like to explore the city, take the long walks, you can reach all major sightseeings in an hour and half. The personnel is very friendly and always ready to help you when needed. I am aware that the hotel is just 2 or 3 stars but there some things that could be fixed in rooms, like shower head rubber missing (water spraying/leaking from the shower cord, and one rubber nut costs a few dinars).

The hotel was good, little expensive compare to the other city hotel. -Location was good -AC in summer -Daily room service 1. They took my passport and ID into custody overnight upon my arrival and gave them back to me the next day. (Completely weird and risky) 2. Breakfast was horrible 3. The WC is not well-maintained. I had a problem with the flush. 4. There was no Fridge for keeping water and drinks in a hot summer.

Have stayed here several times, it is a great, clean budget hotel. Great tasty Balkan breakfast. No kettles in the rooms is a small minus but otherwise everything is good.
