Good location and beds were comfy Overall, the stay was good, but the breakfast was disappointing. We booked a room with breakfast included, but the chicken option was unavailable on both days. Since I’m allergic to eggs, I had no choice but to have the vegetarian option. And staff were not so friendly.

Perfect location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast and comfortable bed. Nothing to report. Our apartment met all of our needs.

I had a great stay at this place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. As a vegan, I requested a vegan breakfast and they were incredibly accommodating (even going so far as to buy vegan cheese for me). The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful service and would happily stay again.

the breakfast was the icing on the cake. everything was perfect. super clean, super friendly, super safe, from beginning to the end. if in Belgrade again, we will definitely go back there.!!!!!!!!!!! nothing at all, everything was perfect!!!!!!

Lovely location - right in the heart of Dorcol. Great staff, ready to assist and problem-solve.

The location is the best you could wish for, near to great wine bars, cafe, markets, restaurants, super safe (as the whole Belgrade). Clean room and bathroom too. Great neighborhood quiet. Comfortable bed and bath. The staff is kind. In general the hotel is cozy and decent but it can be improved. Price was ok but keep in mind that you will also pay at the hotel extra for the taxes even if you have already paid. The staff didn't really help us, although everyone was very kind. They didn't gave us info about the location or how to use public transport or any kind of suggestion. We ask one day to clean the room and all we did get was new towels, they didn't even take out the trash or bring a new soap (the one we found was a little one which could be sample), pigal was useless. The breakfast is super basic so we only had once and it costed 7€ per person. There is no elevator only stairs. The room is quite good but not practical, sockets embedded in the wall, there was no good lighting for example to get ready, or mirrors in the right spots. As a first impression, it's not nice the receptionist correct the customer because you said "i have a booking" and not said reservation.

Well located The listings are confusing, with the pictures of the “family room” we booked proving inaccurate as there were photos of a kitchen and sink, but no kitchen and sink in our room. Little things were difficult as well. There was only one trash can for both bedrooms and the bathroom, and when we asked for another they told us they didn’t have one. So go buy one? Such an easy fix to not accommodate, but that was consistent with the staff’s attitude in general - totally unwilling to go out of their way to help us with anything, including carrying our heavy luggage and car seat up the stairs (no elevator). The children’s play area was quite underwhelming and the crib was not set up when we got in at 11pm despite explicitly requesting it and confirming twice. The crib didn’t fit between the beds in the second bedroom and was extra long with no crib sheet provided (the one we brought didn’t fit).

The hosts are really nice, super helpful with parking and very child and pet friendly! Breakfast was excellent (great coffee as well)! The location is super, very close to center.

Location, friendly staff who served breakfast well and was present 24/7. Because of location some rooms are close to a busy street but we felt at home with the feeling of being part of Belgrade. Had good interactions with other guests at breakfast as well. Many attractions very close by and public transport if needed is free. None

Room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind. Great location to lots of stores and restaurants. Very beautiful garden. Air conditioning and wifi great! Room quite small and could have more storage fir clothes.

Exceptional

Perfectly located with lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Cosy atmosphere and convenient with the small kitchen.

The hotel generally and the breakfast was great. The bed, however, was like sleeping on the floor. I was in two different rooms, and they were both the same. Awful.

Service and breakfast was very good. The room could have been a little bigger or better planned.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating . The place was pleasantly decorated and clean . Breakfast was excellent . The Location is easily accessible to all main places of interest . Nothing in particular .
