dirty, stinky, sunken beds, black spots on already dirty looking towels, mold in the bathroom and it was leaking from there - staff did not even apologize when it was brought to their attention, smelled horrible - urine and worse, rude staff - very condescending and sarcastic when asked to change room, we couldn't even bring ourselves to shower there due to these miserable conditions, worst breakfast of all time (ex: waffle mix was like water and tasted just disgusting), they had absolute bare minimum or nothing - we had to ask basic things, and it cherry on the top was, it was stinking in that area the whole time as it was right in the entrance and practically next to the pool, marijuana smell in various areas-hallway to the room, check-in counter, exit, etc. One of the worst experiences ever!

I was very disappointed with how dirty the room was. I found a live bug crawling in the room, I found crumbs in the dressers, crumbs on the floor beside the bed, the carpet had dirt and large stains on it, the bathroom floor was dirty, the exhaust fan had a large amount of dirt and lint in it, the bathtub looked dirty, the internet didn't work and the breakfast scant. Only cereal, mini waffles, and a few pieces of fruit was avaliable to eat. The most serious of all for me is this facility was supposed to be non smoking, but when I came back to my room from breakfast, there was a very strong marijuana smell, which I am allergic to, coming in from the hallway. I've never had to give such a negative report like this, but as much money I was charged to stay there I deserved better service.

Room was decent floor was dirty from the beginning stayed 5 days 4 nights no housekeeping. Staff was just there when asked for clean towels they didn’t have clean wash cloths. Ran out of toilet paper no one checked with us

The property was extremely nasty just like the staff member working the desk at night. The lobby smelled awful and was dirty. I should have known by the way the lobby looked there was no hope for the room. The furniture was outdated & covered with stains & when mention to the front desk attendant, he said I had to put a light on them to see them!!! The front desk attendant was very unprofessional and disrespectful. When we asked for a refund he Put his middle finger up at me and my husband and tried to call the police on us. The next morning, when I called the property to speak with the manager, he was very dismissive and unprofessional. I would not spend any of my money at this establishment that does not care about the cleanliness of their property nor their guest.

There was only 1 garbage can in the room. The TV had a mind of it's own. Whatever show/movie you were watching gets interrupted by a floating speaker that looked like it was either a listening device or some type of scanner. The TV would change channels, and the sink kept stopping. The soap in the shower was empty, they didn't clean the room and had only 1 set of towels. The breakfast was a total joke. The waffles were good but the cereal had absolutely no milk anywhere, only thing in the refrigerator was 1 container of yogurt. The coffee was cold it was not freshly made it was from the previous morning. There was 1 package of muffins in the bread section. The outside doors were not locked anyone could walk in. I seen the same staff member all day up until I left, I don't think he ever went home. I'll never come back there again.

Hotal in poor condition. Smells bad, carpet worn out, hall ways never cleaned and the breakfast they offered was not there, one yorgert in cooler, two pieceds of bread, really nothing to eat. This property should not be listed on your website.

Carpets were so dirty was waiting for flees to jump out of them hotel was so hot no ac in building breakfast looked like it had been sitting there all night and stale just bad place furniture in my queen suite was falling apart light fixture cord was cut off light and room lighting very dim for options it had bed very hard and only 2 small pillows on the queen bed

Wasn't apprised of the hot water situation (no water heater,so no hot water. Also, parking lot was disgusting and room looked over used and unclean...ended up leaving to find other and better lodging...

There a atm and their vending machine have a good selection Our door would not open. They had to constantly grab the master key about 14 times. They continues to say that they would change our room, but it never happened. They would get aggravated with me due to the door, not opening and act like it was my fault that it was not opening I stayed for 10 days

This property rated as a 7.8 , which should have been a 1, if rated correctly! We bought our luggage in from the car and right away, I said to my husband, do not even remove the luggage from the cart as we won’t be staying. The room was not cleaned, the towels were dingy, the carpet was filthy and the tub had some kind of greasy or oily residue. I had went to the front desk to speak with someone regarding a refund for the dog fee. The other man asked if I was having a late party that evening because I had requested a jetted tub. He thought I was going to entertain people because of the tub request. I informed him that I would not be having a party as my husband and I are somewhat older and that the jetted tub request was for my aching muscles and bones!

Not bad, but the rooms could be cleaner, especially the floors that’s really my only complaint

It was filthy, you walked in and it stunk. The floors felt grimy. There was no soap in the soap dispenser, everything was visibly dirty. To top it off there were cockroaches.
