Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue Beardmore Event Center

The hotel did not the type of room that Expedia was paid to provide!! Just as my rental car was supposed to be picked up at the airport and it was reserved downtown. The agent on duty changed it and provided a free up grade. Expedia messed up 2 out of 2 reservations. The hotel was nice but will not use Expedia again for anything!!!

It was clean, quiet, close to everything, and friendly staff, room was nice and beds were comfortable. Only thing was.the bathroom didn’t seem to have a fan but other than that this is where I stay when I goto Bellevue.

Location The bed was hard and the pillows were really flat

The computer system was having some issues so the front desk clerk had some issues finding enough available rooms in the system at check in time which was 3 PM. We were waiting since about 2:30 to check in but due to a handful of unhappy guests, we were pushed back to get a room at 3 pm so the front desk could deal with those who were upset about the rooms not being available on time. The meal options were limiting and there was no self-serve coffee station. Getting coffee in the morning was Starbucks and I had to wait in line to get a coffee. I would suggest a self-serve free coffee station in the lobby area. Also paid $180/night and it was not really worth that

Very clean, very well maintained, the staff was helpful, the outside seating area in the back was a fun place to hang out with dessert and games for the kids. The bartender made an excellent margarita as well! My only complaint is there was no exhaust fan in our bathroom.

This hotel was convenient for us. Clean but towels did not look fresh with stains. Stuff friendly but could not help me with my membership questions.

Clean rooms, the staff are not attentive to details although friendly, lack of complimentary breakfast is a minus here, for that I don't see myself coming back here again and may not recommend to people. I didn't use the hot tub so can't make any comment on it.

The only thing that could be improved is coffee available in the lobby before 6:30 am.

Couldn’t have felt more safe. As we were checking in, what looked like a while bus load of airforce military personnel were checking in.

Good, clean and spacious room for a family of 5. Pool was on the cold side of comfortable and the hot tub wash good.

Beautiful property well maintained. My only disappointment was that the TV did not work nor was any attempt made to fix it.

Lightning strike close by took out the cable. Three out of my four days, there wasn’t any tv to watch

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. My stay was extended as my AC was not fixed the first day. I asked to switch rooms because my kids were going to their dad’s house and the girl at the front desk made it super easy. The second room was super clean as well! We also used the pool quite a bit while here and it was also clean and well maintained!
