Absolutely loved it!! Couldn’t have picked a better hotel in Seattle

The room was excellent and bed very comfortable and I loved the area a couple of consecutive I didn't like the fact that it didn't have airport shuttle there's no stores close no breakfast included which I asked for before booking wanted walking distance to Lumen Field wasn't close at all grocery store was a ways to walk staff was friendly just hated the fact of all the walking the bar opened at 4pm and was closed at 10pm on the weekends

Nice clean corner room. Close to downtown attractions.

Everything was good except the parking was very congested. SUV cars need to struggle a bit to find parking spot and mostly compact car sections are available. Other than that clean rooms, good breakfast options and friendly staff.

Great location. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Our room was quite large for a family of 3. Pool and hot tub was open till 11 pm which was nice.

The hotel and the room were very clean. Beds were comfortable.

The fact you charge $25 for a breakfast for your guests is shameful . The breakfast is terrible cold food and zero choice. I will never stay there again and will warn everyone not to.

During our two-night stay, our room was not cleaned, and we ran out of basic supplies such as water and toilet paper. We tried contacting the front desk and room service, but the voicemail boxes were full and we could not reach anyone for help. The pool and hot tub also appeared poorly maintained and were not clean. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Room was quiet but very dark. Shower was wonderful. Parking was a nightmare. We are in our 70’s and ate early. When arriving back to the hotel before 7pm it was very difficult to find parking. Many cars took up 2 spaces. Oversize vehicles were in “compact” spots. Signs in garage difficult to understand and have you during on right side sometimes and other times left side. The front desk staff didn’t provide any information at check-in. When I paid for parking they only scanned one of our keycards, not both. It made it difficult with that card in my purse, purse in backseat, drive cannot get out because you are inches from the wall. Passenger had to get in back door and climb over car seat to reach purse with keycard that would open garage. When my friend went to the front desk to ask for her keycard to allow garage access they would not give it to her. Did not feel welcome.

The woman who checked us was exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location was great. Our only concerns were a missing closet door and the price of parking.

We were at the wrong hotel all weekend. We were supposed to get a refund. The never answer their phones and they lie!! It’s been almost two weeks and no refund like they “promised”

We booked the Hilton Garden in Bellevue and were pleasantly impressed by the excellent location. Great proximity to many restaurants and shopping. Self-parking was convenient but most stalls were tight.
