Hotel 116, A Coast Hotel Bellevue

TV didn’t work, no hot water in the shower.

Holy crap!!! For 295 a night I expected a really nice room, nope.... Shop around!!!

Very old building and needs repairs. Room very small but clean. A/C unit very loud and kept us awake. Convenient location.

The staff were attentive and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the facilities are in need of better maintenance. Given the price we paid, we did not expect to encounter torn curtains and blankets, stained carpets, and signs of poor upkeep throughout the property. Improving the overall condition and maintenance of the facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Staff were friendly, coffee shop next door The hotel is very outdated and more a motel than hotel, the beds were not comfortable, the mattresses are too big for the base. The pool water was clean but not the pool interior I wouldn’t enter that pool. I don’t feel the photos are a good reflection of what the hotel actually looks like I was disappointed.

Good room with comfortable bedding. Staff were exceptional - they even let us stay an extra 2 hours past checkout time at no charge. Good restaurant and coffee shop located in hotel. Ideal location for our needs and easy to find.
