All the staff except Janaue was nice. Janaue checked us in. I seemed to bother her by showing up at the front desk. I asked for help getting to the Seattle stadium for the World Cup game using transit. She didn’t use transit and didn’t know anything. After my husband and I drove around town looking for the transit stations, I found literature in the lobby explaining everything. I don’t think she likes her job.

Clean, quiet, very friendly staff, great location. Mattresses comfortable, but not fantastic. Would recommend to friends, and would definitely stay again!

Alex at the reception desk was very nice and friendly! Breakfast was great, ample parking. I will say this property is showing its age, but other than that we had a comfortable stay!

Staff were very nice and humble. Breakfast spread was good. We had our booking from 6th may to 7th may. Since the hotel was oversold, our booking was cancelled. That is what was not right, we reached late for our check in as we were travelling and were told that no availability. I understand the charge wasn’t there for 6th but it was a hassled day for us
