if I could put zero starts I would, Somone tried breaking into my room at 4am! Room was dirty! The ceiling from the bathroom was leaking and the floor was flooded, I called the front desk for help and THEY DIDNT CARE! THEY NEVER CAME! the room stinked like cigarettes! And the people staying next door to me were fighting and yelling all night!

I requested to be moved to another room, but the front desk staff did not offer any solution or alternative. I was told there were no rooms available, but when I checked the app, it still showed another room available. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, uncomfortable, and did not meet basic expectations for safety, cleanliness, or customer service.

Could have been a bit cleaner

The room was clean, but lacked basic amenities such as soap in the bathroom, and nothing but a sheet on the bed. There was no shower curtian, so taking a shower was not an option. The AC was either on or off- there was no thermostat to control it, leaving us either sweating or freezing. There was a closet but no rod, and the previous guest decided to write on the mirrors with a paint pen & it was not clean off. The TV worked, but was not hooked up to the internet or an antenna, so thzt was useless as well. The ice machine & vending machine were both broken but the microwave in the office worked.if you wanted to walk there.

I asked the man in the office to cancel my room and I’m not sure that he did. The place was disgusting, dog food on the floor, no bed sheets, urine stains in the mattress, bathroom was filthy , hair in the drain , and smelled horrible. I do not recommend this place at all.

After 30 or so minutes I decided to just walk down to the front desk and get the remote myself. When I got there, there was no one waiting to be helped and what looked like the manager sitting by the employee working the front desk doing nothing. Then when they asked me what I needed i told them I decided I would just come get the remote if they were real busy. Then they said I would need to wait until they can find one for me. After another hour or two without any word, I just gave up and called the front desk to tell them I’ll just use the buttons on the side of the tv and to just forget the remote at this point. Then we had 2 separate people on two different nights just walk into our room without a key. We felt lucky that we came back maybe 20 minutes before someone did it the second night because they would have probably stole our belongings. Without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever been too! Do you and your loved ones a favor by staying far away from here!

They attend us pretty fast Bed was dirty , there was dog poop behind the door, smelled horrible, pipe under the sink was leaking water, people outside were drinking and being obnoxious, seemed more like a homeless shelter

All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, but the management are in the process of renovating everything in that property. When we first checked in we were put in a temporary room, because the the television in that room was broken and the lights by the bed were not working.

I requested a king size bed and the room that was giving to me was 2 queen size beeds. The hotel had roaches on the bathroom and room. They were crawing on the walls, floor and furniture. The place was also dirty, there was a noise on the building going on all night , couldn't sleep at all. No phone in the rooms to reach the front office.

Broken furniture, no towels and blankets available, bad smell, prostitution going on right outside the hotel

1) Waited 15 minutes to get checked in 2) First room smelled like cigarettes witch chipped wall plaster w/ no shower curtain or refrigerator 3) 2nd room had an occupant 4) 3rd and only room left had no refrigerator, no shower curtain, no towels, no pillows, no power for the TV or the bathroom. Just one light worked. Noisy neighbors throughout the stay. The room next door had barking dogs. This was the worst overnight experience I have ever had.

Everything was horrible, TV didn't work, lights, no towels I had to walk to get them. The room key didn't work she had to come open my door every time. The screen window was torn, writing on the mirror that said RIP Smokey. Room was dirty.

Nothing I ordered a King room with a spa bath. I got a room but the spa was working. I thought the management was rude and uncaring. When I requested an early checkin, they hesitantly agreed to 2 o'clock. I got settled at 2:10, quickly showered to be at work by three. I just made it. When I returned, I noticed several things. There was no top blanket on the bed, no remote, two towels total, and upstairs was real noisy, for most of the night. Sounded like kids running back and forth, and was real loud......plus the TV had real low sound no matter how high I raised the volume. I left at 4:30 a.m checked out and went to work . Everything you DONT want to happen..

I checked in and the room was cockaroach infested!!! I opened the door and they were running around the floor and walls. It was filthy beyond dirty! I didn’t even stay more than 10 mins and requested a refund. They told me I needed to call Expedia who I booked through the to cancel. I called and they approved it but informed the hotel declined to give the refund! I never stayed in the rm or nor did my bags make it inside but these greedy managers decided to keep the money knowing damn well the room was filthy, and filled with roaches! Do not ever stay here! This business needs to be shut down with how dirty and scandalous the managers are. STAY AWAY!!

Nothing. Bed was uncomfortable. You can feel the springs on the mattress. That’s how thin the mattress was.

Had to ask for towels, TV was busted, and no microwave.
