Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. The grounds are nicely kept. Previous guest hair in our shower. The TV HDMI cable was not plugged into the TV and was laying across the dresser. Still a mystery how a housekeeper could not see that. Anyhow - the front desk agent came to the room and sorted it out. With the exception of the waffle makings, the cooked portion of the breakfast was crap. Literally unrecognizable as edible food. Luckily, the coffee, juice, muffins/scones and such were good enough.

everthing was great except they alternate between oatmeal and grits...I would have oatmeal every day since most places provide it and only southern people on travel would eat grits...most other hotels have oatmeal every day...why not both?

There were long black hairs in between the towels and wash rags. Bugs were crawling from behind the bathroom mirror. I told the lady at the front desk who did not apologize nor offer any concession. Poor experience for that kind of money.
