The location is perfect. Lurdes/Savassi are beautiful neighborhoods with shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel charges R$66 reais for breakfast. For the price breakfast should be included.

Good location Housekeeper was horrible. My bed was very uncomfortable and I had to ask for toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner 2 days on a row. My bedroom has a bad smell and my bed was very uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Location. The staff are slow and not organized… parking is very small…

The only thing i wish it could improve is the refridges make a small noise now and then through the night. i can not sleep very well for that noise.

The hotel himself was respecting the standards of a good company hotel, located on a good spot. The room was clean. The big problem of the hotel is that has the looking of a very good place but the staff has made an awful experience! The second day of my stay I had to call 5 times before to be attended at the reception phone. I just gently asked to call my room, as I was worried for my friend not answering of his personal phone. The receptionist told me that she couldn’t do a call because she was busy with check in, at 11pm. At my arrival were the full staff for 1 person checking in. But the worst part was the check out day, where I had to wait 1.5 hours, to have my safe open with a drill, just because the battery died. I almost lost my flight waiting for a maintenance man, that was doing something clearly wrong and had to leave the room every 5 minutes. At the end, just finished with a “ we will mention to the manager about this, and we are sorry”. And still wanted to charge me for a can waters that I bought and paid the day before. A professional staff would have made the difference, that’s a shame!!!

Room service food was quite good, both quality and price. Arrived within reasonable waiting time, despite problems with the elevator. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable Sound coming from other rooms, both above (moving chairs and steps) and the adjacent rooms (loud noise from others people's shower and toilet). Very SLOW check in at arrival, we waited at least 30 min in the queue before starting the check in. At our turn, she was typing 10 min on her computer, and I was not sure what there was to write for so long. Been travelling for years and this never happened to me. Breakfast was 60 R$ (quite expensive for Brazilian standards). We tried to call several time the reception during the evening but nobody replied, at which point we doubt the phone was working properly.

Location No English speaking staff…was not able to communicate and small things got very complicated. I have never stayed in. Hotel where staff speaks no english Also, very poor housekeeping. The coffee mugs they left in my room were leaking…and this happened on 2/3 days I stayed there
