The service is good but they can't do more because the establishment doesn't favor it. I’m very disappointed! The television doesn’t have closed channels , the air conditioning make noise that only stops when you turn it off.., the water in the shower doesn’t come out and we had to turn it on and wait more than an hour to take a shower… There are no face towels. The bathtub needs repairs. The water nozzles are rusty and the bathtub has a hatch. The bathroom sink faucet is broken... The benches are rusty... The pillows and mattress are horrible! A couple left immediately because they didn't like the establishment.

The room Staff didn't care. They just want money. Played almost r$800 for to days with breakfast and dinner. They dont give you many offer on the dinner. Poor breakfast
