A very friendly staff. Hearty and tasty breakfast. Pampulha neighbourhood has its charm. The hotel is 8 km away from the centre. Just some of the staff speaks English.

We needed a stop over hotel before flying, the room was basic but did the job we needed. We didn't use the pool or explore the area so can't really comment on this.

The location is great (right next the soccer stadium and a scenic lagoon), room very neat. The air conditioner couldn't be regulated to adjust the temperature, the shower only had scalding water (cold water was missing), TV had only regular channels and no cable).
