Though the shower was clean it had mold in it. The towels were super rough. The parking fills up fast and if you can't park on the first level you have to park on the second level. If you have to park on the second level you are in for one heck of time getting down their very narrow ramp. If you have a mid size car you will have to go down and back up many times to get your car down without damaging your car.

Polite staff, good restaurant on the ground floor and good breakfast. Bathroom could be renovated, especially the shower and toilet. Beds could have better linens.

Nothing. Everything, smells cigarettes, doesn't have shampoo or body wash the towels smells bad the tv doesn't work properly; awful experience.

Staff were nice, has a little burger ? place across the street Noisy internally and externally, it’s not soundproof, breakfast was pretty ordinary. For a little bit more you can get a much nicer place

If you do not speak Portuguese it will be a bit of a struggle to communicate

Staff were really helpful and friendly, the restaurant was lovely, breakfast the best I have had in any hotel in Brazil and great value for money. It is not acceptable to not offer glasses or cups in the hotel room for water or otherwise. That was a frustrating surprise.

The pool at the roof was very nice! The room wasn't very clean and it was very noisy, you could here people talking from next room and hallway and sound of water running and lots of other noise which i don't know what was it exactly, every day I woke up at 6 or 7 am because of those noises. There have been a lot of hostels I've stayed in, but none were as loud as the deluxe double room in this 4 star hotel! It wasn't as nice as it looked in the pictures, and I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant!
