Nice hotel and a friendly staff..The breakfast was very good..A really big and tasty selection of food..I would definitely stay here again...Staff speaks English. The hotel could use an update in the next few years but it still nice..The dry sauna just doesn't get very hot, probably needs to be serviced..Still I would recommend this hotel..

Ample rooms with elegant design, decent bed (firm but not too firm). Black mold on shower, far from city center.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of options. The guy that checks the fridge consumption in the room needs to be more polite when coming to the room. He knocks on the door and opens it immediately without giving someone time to come and open it. If you are naked he will catch you this way. I hope someone corrects this behavior.

Extremely friendly, helpful and competent staff! Although the property is a little dated, the maintenance is really helping the place remain current. Lovely breakfast service and spread. 1) The wardrobe shelves could have been better cleaned, but other than this, the room was clean. 2) The pool area was a little warm, but perhaps that can’t be helped. Everything else was great!

The hotel has a good gym, with everything from free weights to machines in good condition. The overall experience was not 5-star worthy! On the first night, we ate at the hotel’s restaurant, and I ordered a steak medium-rare. The steak was well done. They brought me a second steak, which was hardly cooked at all, and on the third try, they finally cooked it correctly. In such a situation, many other restaurants would have offered something out of courtesy, considering the waiting time and the fact that we ate separately. Furthermore, the TV in our room was not working, and the Wi-Fi was slow and disconnected regularly. The next morning, I mentioned these issues and asked for feedback. However, when we returned to our room late that evening, nothing had been done, and the room had not been cleaned. The following day, I complained again, and at least the TV was fixed that day.
