Old everything, dirty shower door, small bedroom, poor light as well. There isn't a single beer at the minibar. It was disappointing at all

Location and and the main lobby view of the lake were beautiful. Restaurant was not that great, but it’s manager was extremely polite and attentive Staff was underestimated. The location and guest quantity demanded more staff constantly prepared, including the lobby cleaning. Parking was charged and had an awful structure. One of the worst I’ve ever aeen.

The breakfast and location good. Wi -Fi was terrible. I asked if the Wifi was good because I had a meeting at 7pm Thursday night and two meetings at 06.00 and 07.00 on Friday morning. I had two cancel all meetings. I reserved a room for two people. I told reception when checking in that I was not sure about the arrival of a friend. When checking out, I asked if there was a difference in cost for only 1 person. Two managers said NO. That was not true. When I made the reservation I checked if there was a difference, Yes there was. I know that theses complaints fall on deaf ears by Booking.com. Just a waste of time.

Location is nice, in front of the Pampulha lake, so the views are nice and you can go for an exercise around the lake in the morning or late afternoon. Staff was friendly and assisted with most of the needs I had during my stay. Rooms are small and bed is not that comfortable. Breakfast is basic but with decent quality. Because the reviews were nice on Booking I was expecting a bit more from this property. Overall my stay was good, but I thought it was going to be better.

The location was great. Peaceful and the surroundings were clean and green. The double bed was a bit too small for a couple and the room was a bit crowded with furniture.

Perfectly located hotel with welcoming staff at the reception. At the breakfast there was no butter and black tea, the response was: We ran out of butter…without even saying sorry, the response regarding the tea was similar, just slightly nicer, a hotel employees shouldn’t behave in that way.

Nothing Tv Non stop on and off ! And apps was blocked , room wasn’t the one I ask for and they ask me paid more as I have someone to translate ! No body speak English , dump and dirty towels walls in bathroom , duvets have some dirt and grease too ! Internet connection super poor non of my apple products can’t connect with wi-fi well .. the food was very poor quality no body cares about get clean and not damaged plates .. such of disappointing place for that high value of money
