Amazing hotel, amazing staff and also a delicious breakfast.

Friendly welcoming staff, especially Joao at the front desk. He even gave us a super solid recommendation for a driver to take us to Inhotim in very short notice, who was wonderful as well. Convenient breakfast and location to walk to nice dinners, the center square and even some shopping very close by. The steam room was a nice plus.

The front desk staff was exceptional and SOOOO nice! Breakfast was also delicious and had so many options. I felt safe and secure my whole stay, and would definitely stay there again. The room was maybe not as fancy as I expected from other Radisson Blu hotels I've been to. But it was MORE than adequate and the whole experience was good.

Stuff members ara kind King mattress is not good. There was a hole in the middle. But number one problem is that there was no cover sheets in any of the rooms. Unacceptable

Location I had problems with the room cleaning. I left at 9:00 AM and returned at 5:00 PM; the room had not been cleaned. The next day, they cleaned the room, but they did not change the bed linens; I had to make a new request. When they came to change it, they only changed the sheet; they did not replace the pillowcases. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars.

The location was the best so far The cleaning, was requested one day and confirm by the front desk and did not happen, so it was quite uncomfortable to came back late night and the room not made
