Good location, helpful staff and a really good breakfast. Very price worthy. Our room was very very very small with a king size bad, the stay in it wasn't so comfortable.

- Large comfy bed - Powerful shower - Good reliable air con - TV worked without issue (not always the case in other hotels) - Decent breakfast with good variety - Helpful staff - Location is good for Savassi/Centro - Room was tired, with scuffed walls and floors, mould on the curtains, and terrible quality grouting around the shower - A bit expensive for what it offers - although to be fair we were there during Carnaval so rates will have been higher than usual

Hotel is in excellent location close to many conveniences. Staff is very collaborative and responsive. In the bedroom, internal illumination is poor just have spot light.

The room was decentlly sized. Breakfast was good. Mini fridge was a great bonus. The room and bathroom were full of humitiy spots. The security box did not work. Our floor hallway smelled like barbecue the first night.

Breakfast was ok. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a decent size. The location is one of the best I experienced in Belo. The room was too small. As a couple, we could barely open our luggage and lay on the bed. My wife tried to work from the bedroom and felt imprisoned.

Location is great, close to Parks, bars, food market and so on. Bathroom weren't that clean. They were mouldy and without any ventilation. also you couldn't never reach the reception by phone. I tried a thousands times and every time I went down to speak to them, they had an excuse.

the staff is so friendly the property needs some maintenance work as soon as possible. the rooms are so small that you can just even move around. for a little more money you can get much better value
