Very well located and spacious rooms, ideal for families. The shower is old and very little water would come from it. As it was particularly cold in the week we were visiting the city, was a struggle to have a shower.

Breakfast selection was ok. Location was convenient Property was outdated and kind of dirty. Staff was not polite. It felt like they were doing you a favor every time you talk to the reception desk. I had to go downstairs multiple times during my stay to update my key because their system is faulty. Parking garage needs maintenance. Upstairs apartment had a leak which damages my gifts on the counter. It was on top on microwave and laundry machine cabinet. No one came to clean it up. It could have been a bad accident near the electrical outlet.. Very expensive for the quality.

Spacious They charged very high charge for a small pet (dog witj less than 3 kg heavy) without any prior notice. This high pet charge is not informed in the Booking app. It is like a trap. :-(

The staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and good value for money and the location provides good access to the business district and local eateries. Its a very satisfactory package for a business traveller.

Nothing I wanted to relax by the pool for the afternoon . The pool had filthy black water, so bad you couldnt see the bottom. Worst i have ever seen, disgusting and unacceptable.
